It was easy to get to and good things around to enjoy. In my own opinion, the carpet felt like wet/humid. Covers felt same way. Like if the carpets were almost dry but not quite.

Great Stay
Very nice clean and comfortable stay. All of the staff was very courteous and helpful. Beds were very comfortable, room was very clean. Breakfast was very nice also.

The staff were very friendly. Hotel gym was nice and there is an out door pool. Walmart is across the street which is very convenient.

The facility has been refurbished and looks good. The lobby area is inviting and comfortable. We gathered there with family for takeout and cards.
Breakfast was pretty good. Kindness of staff was the best part. Lots of people there for City of Hope patients. The staff made it personal for guests.
Beds are comfortable and clean. Carpets are dirty. There was an unpleasant smell in the room (not cigarettes) and the pool needed attention.
Met our needs and was a fair price.

我们入住的房间存在一些问题，例如墙面部分未粉刷，浴室门后的墙壁也有褪色现象。房门无法完全关上。经理没有敲门就打开了我们的房门，她虽然道歉，但表示她不知道房间里有人。
房间很宽敞。只是需要等前台服务员过来服务。
