I wasn't very pleased with my stay. We were in town for a family event a had a few rooms in the property. First off I didn't realize that the rooms didn't have a microwave. Secondly, the rooms weren't made up when we returned. I didn't see anything posted that they wouldn't be. At breakfast, there was no oil or spray for the waffle machine. When I asked, all l got was a "no". I suppose I expected more from the chain and the area from which the property is located. On the positive side, the room was comfortable for sleeping. The towels were clean. Overall, l just expected more.

前台登记了好久，床单有个脚印
酒店看起来很干净，但设施老旧，状况不佳。七月份游泳池竟然关闭了。
酒店大部分员工都很友好，服务周到。酒店内设有一家中餐厅，旁边还有一家牛排馆。
床铺打理得很整洁舒适，卫生间状况也不错。早餐也挺好的。下次再来的话，我还会选择住这家酒店。
我非常喜欢这里。

这家酒店的员工非常粗鲁，他们什么都不帮忙，从早餐到不提供食物，食物区很脏，经理非常粗鲁。早餐很糟糕。，从早餐到不提供足够的食物，食物区很脏，经理非常粗鲁。

走廊和房间里。泳池冰冷。没有女儿出“意外”后，我要求打扫卫生，却没有人来！当我第二次要求后，清洁工就来了。然后又没打扫就走了！！！然后我们就离开了！
