酒店回复: We appreciate your feedback. We had our hotel engineer check on the room issues you reported. He did confirm that the shower door was a little loose, in which he was able to fix immediately. However, that was the only issue within the room. We have had a conversation with our front desk about handling issues with homeless people being on the property. We apologize that you were not able to enjoy your stay with us, and hope that you will give us another chance one day.

It was awesome and amazing. We will be back. The staff were very friendly. The only thing I was disappointed about was the carpet. It had a bad smell but I made it work with a plug in. The toilet was a little loose from the floor. But overall our experience was great.
