Comfortable room, but we were unhappy with houseke
The housekeeping staff never came to our room to replenish towels or empty the garbage or make the beds. We were there three nights.

The room was clean and bathroom especially clean. The room probably should have been aired out a bit before we came. Breakfast did not have a lot of variety but the breakfast lady was very helpful. Climate control was easy. We'll definately stay again. Great location too.

Not sure why ******* sent me a review for they lost my reservation worth the hotel even though they sent me the reservation 4 days before.
Been using ******* for a long time and this was a surprise. Hotel ended up securing me a room and staff was very helpful. ******* was trying to find me a new location. I declined. Very disappointed.

房间很干净,housing Keeping 每天都有。早餐品类丰富,强烈推荐!每次出差都是订Holiday Inn, 家的舒适感!
服务员热情周到,早餐种类有点少
酒店不太好
各方面都令人失望。房间脏乱不堪。浴室排水非常慢。沐浴露没加满,肥皂盒也坏了。景色糟糕,噪音很大。
早餐也令人失望。供应缓慢。没有贝果,只有超级便宜的白面包。水果选择很少,也没有酸奶。煎饼机只能煎一面。鸡蛋总是煎不出来。
员工不太友好。我们要求延迟1小时退房,但他们只给了半小时,而且即使我们挂了“请勿打扰”的牌子,他们仍然提前敲门(甚至比正常退房时间还早),试图闯入。
