Beds are a bit too firm for me. Bedding was nice, pillows good with choice of firm and soft. Staff were friendly and helpful! Rooms clean.

Added hidden fees of $29 for parking. This fee didn't show up while booking. After showing employee hotel listing on *******, they couldn't find the be listed. After getting with hotel manager, they found a text description of the fee under amenities. They are lowering the price for 3rd party booking sites just to add this fee in later. Rooms are definitely showing their age. Half the restaurants were under construction. Water at slide was freezing as the heater wasn't turned on. Surfing area was turned off. Kid area with large slides in pictures was blocked off as they were tearing it down.

We requested adjoining rooms when we booked over a month in advance. Was no communication about this not being possible. Arrived to check in to be told they were not available. That's fine cause thr tooms we booked (king tooms) don't usually have two adjoing. Totally get that. Then they put us on different floors. Guess my bad for assuming if you want adjoining rooms that are not avaliable that at least you could gst rooms on the same floor. We were told it is packed tonight and nothing can be done.

Clean room. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast nice: included eggs, sausage, biscuit. (Much better than a bagel and coffee.) Lobby is nice. Access and parking nice. But Didn’t have good room service. Not equipped with hairdryer. And No maid service. And we had to daily request/get our own fresh towels, yes every day. They said we’re supposed to put a sign on the door to request maid service. What? We did not have any sign. Big miscommunication on that aspect. But at least we had privacy. Oh well. Otherwise the room was actually pretty good, and clean, and comfortable… I’d stay again.
