Property issues
Staff was very friendly, but there are issues at the property. There was an issue with the water in the building when we checked in - but we weren't informed - there was no water in the bathroom. Once fixed, our sink was inoperable - we changed rooms and were given $20 in food coupons. We were not aware until check in that the Bistro was not open on weekends and served limited breakfast.

What we didn't like was having no free coffee in the mornings. The Starbucks cost us $13/day for a large regular coffee. Also, we like a breakfast buffet included with our room fee. The next time, that would be a consideration.

Very quiet and quaint area! Much cheaper than staying in Charleston and the commute wasn’t bad at all. The room was super clean and the staff was super nice

Comfortable, Cordial & Convenient
We were in town for a family reunion. The property is very nice, quiet, and you can tell it was recently renovated. We utilized the pool and the gym but, chose instead to eat our each day as there were numerous eateries a small distance away to choose from. Every representative at the front desk were extremely friendly and attentive. We only had a small incident when upon return one evening, a few of our rooms were not cleaned as scheduled. However, within 10 minutes, the manager personally cleaned the rooms and even compensated us with a free drink at the bar. I truly enjoyed our stay.

另一间房的同事也遇到了淋浴水压不足的问题。酒店没有餐厅，所以不提供午餐或晚餐。早餐也很简单，只有一些酸奶、水果或能量棒。
新开的酒店，一切都很棒。房间很舒适。
