The Front Desk staff was great. My only disappointment was my room tissue box was empty and the shower hair conditioner container didn't even have one drop in it. Disappointing for a good hotel like the Fairfield.

The room was comfortable. However, the carpet was damp in my room, and the air conditioning/heating unit was not on when I arrived. The room was very stuffy, and it took me a moment to figure out that the air wasn't turned on. The staff at check in was very nice.

Great stay at Fairfield Inn
Every year, my sister and I try to take our mom, who is 93 years old. To visit her sister, who is 89 years old and lives in Newcastle Delaware.
We stayed in a bedroom suite, which was very spacious and comfortable.
It was very nice to have the sitting area, to visit and relax. Of course, we gave the big bed to our mom and aunt. My sister and I slept on the fold out couch, which honestly could use a little more cushioning.😀
But besides that one little factor.
Every employee that we encountered from the time, we walked in the front door and checked in until three days later when we checked out and left. They were all so warm, welcoming, kind, and very helpful. Unfortunately, I don’t remember all their names, but I do remember Amanda the manager who we talk to many times over the weekend. She always asked how things were going. She gave us suggestions of things to do and places to go eat.
The other staff working in the front desk were just as helpful and friendly. We met some of your housekeeping staff who were also just as kind and courteous and offered suggestions of places to go and eat. I remember one in particular and I believe her name is also Amanda. You have a wonderful team working at this Fairfield Inn. We will definitely come back and I would recommend it to anyone that would be traveling in that area.
