我入住时房间温度只有60华氏度（约15摄氏度），直到离开时都感觉很冷。我关掉了空调，但还是很冷。沙发就像坐在一块木头上，床也凹凸不平。此外，电视收不到信号，所以没法看电视。浴室需要翻新。办理入住的女士人很好，不过她帮我换到了一楼。楼牌上没有标明是A楼还是B楼等等。很难找到正确的楼号。
我们要求一间带淋浴但没有浴缸的浴室，但没有得到。前台女士很粗鲁。只有我们要求打扫房间时，他们才来打扫。
