We stayed one night on our way through the area. I don't know anything about the neighborhood but it seemed fine at the hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable with a good breakfast. Good price. Friendly staff, very accommodating. I LOVE that they had charging devices on BOTH nightstands!

I normally have great experiences with Hampton Inn which is why I chose this hotel on our drive back home, in fact my son and I stayed at a Hampton Inn in Toledo the night previous and it was fantastic.

The pool was closed due to "Maintenance" which was false. They just didn't have staff to take care of towels etc. The main door was never locked at night. There were paint chips on the floor in both the room and the hallway. It smelled like wet dogs everywhere.

They also charged $150 for incidentals which I thought was out of the ordinary but they also then charged me the same fee as ********** and if you try to call them at the front desk best of luck. So I was charged twice.

Days after I would try calling and all I would get is a busy signal so I finally just went straight to my bank and took care of it that way.

After reading their reviews through this site and google I wish I had checked before booking but it was late, we were tired and hungry.

This hotel is an absolute embarrassment to the Hilton franchise. I should have had better instincts when my son said "Dad we are the only car in the parking lot."

I wish I could give less than a one star rating on this.

I normally never complain and make the best of a given situation but I can't imagine being there with a young family.

Check in was fine and the room was clean, though kind of small. The breakfast was below average in both content and quality. The hotel was a bit run-down and did not have a pleasant odor in the hallways and rooms. The kicker for us was that we reservered this hotel specifically becuase they had a hot tub and we were going to be arriving after 10 hours on the road. Really looked forward to soaking in the hot tub, but it was closed for maintenance. We asked and found out that this maintenance was scheduled and not an emergency. You might think that is kind of petty in a review, but we would have actually made reservations at a different hotel had they sent us any kind of communication about this maintenance. They apologized and offered to discount the room, but we were told they could not offer a discount because we had made the reservation on *******. However, we did not pay ******* for the reservation. We payed the hotel directly when we arrived, so I am suspicious that this was just an excuse. Not happy with this specific Hampton Inn

Not the greatest stay.

I specifically booked this hotel because it had a hot tub and we were looking forward to using it after a long travel day. The entire pool area was closed, so that was very disappointing. Also, the hotel seemed a little run down and the breakfast was sub par. Not up to the normal standards of a Hampton Inn.

Ive stayed here in previous years and enjoyed my stay but the last 2 were with some concerns....last year our shower water would not get hot....had to shower in another room....this time toilet bowl and seat looked unclean....like mold had started growing....i alerted the front desk attendant and she gave me a different room....

Good so far ..going to bed now..great price..only wish there were lights on each side of the bed for reading..price excellent.. convenient off highway..close to at least one restaurant..assume we will get usual breakfast before we hit the road..

Very outdated and in need of repair and cleaning throughout. Our room was tiny in comparison to any other Hampton or Hilton we’ve ever stayed in. The check in staff were kind and the check out person said she would have maintenance look at the room??? It doesn’t need repair, it needs a renovation!
