Property was clean and staff friendly and helpful. Noisy. A train passes at least twice in early morning hours with its crossing horn blaring. Utility vehicles with backup warning tones really disrupt sleep. The room had 2 queen beds that should sleep 4 people but there were only 2 bath towels. Bathtub with shower was very slick and hazardous for an elderly person. No clock in the room so couldn’t tell what time the train went through but it was after midnight. There were placards that said hang towels if you wanted to reuse them. No one came to check because I had left mine on the floor and it was still there when we returned to the room. I understand they do not change sheets every day but they didn’t even remake the bed. For the price I was really disappointed.

Nice people at check in, very clean and professional hotel that smelled nice. We will stay here again next time we are in Hammond.

Check in was not greeted with much “welcome”….name, credit card, $20 deposit on card for incidentals, here’s the room card….end of conversation. I got the feeling she could have cared less about me choosing this hotel.

My family and I have stayed at this particular Courtyard several times and it’s usually great with no issues and highly recommend but this stay was rough but management was helpful in ensuring any future stays would be better.

The shower was not clean it had mildew and soap scum on the glass you can tell it had not been clean in a while for it to be that bad.

The property was worth the price. Lovely, helpful and courteous staff (front desk and housekeeping). The room was clean and welcoming. The only minor issue we had was regarding the uncleanliness of the pool. Everything else was great.
