我不喜欢留下负面评价，因为我想支持一家好的酒店，但我在这家酒店的体验并没有达到我的预期。
由于航班原因，我们很晚才到达酒店，过了午夜。入住时，我发现房间明显很脏——衣柜里积满了灰尘，地板上还有一团头发，冰箱很脏，我还发现浴巾上粘着头发。第二天中午左右，我向前台反映衣柜脏乱的情况，希望他们能彻底清理，尤其是衣柜区域。前台似乎并不在意，并告诉我会通知客房服务。然而，那天什么也没做。第二天（我们入住的第三天）房间打扫了，但衣柜区域并没有按照我的要求打扫干净。
此外，当我试图使用熨衣板时，中间的螺丝脱落了，导致熨衣板意外塌陷，夹伤了我的手指。我的手指受伤肿了，非常疼。
需要说明的是，我和值班经理韦斯利谈过几次，他很友好，乐于助人。另一位男员工（我记不清他的名字了）态度非常冷淡，对我们的要求置之不理。
这家店缺乏基本的清洁和客户服务，真是令人失望。除非有重大改进，否则我不会推荐您入住这里。

误导
酒店网站上说有一间房标明有深浸浴缸，我特意预订了那间。结果我们到了房间才发现没有。我联系了一位经理，他告诉我，酒店里没有全套深浸浴缸，这也是我们选择入住这家酒店的最大原因之一。
住宿体验良好，干净整洁
总体来说位置不错。房间干净整洁，提供欧陆式早餐。入住时房间尚未准备好（大约下午4点30分到达），但前台服务人员提供的信息很周到，也很友好。没有其他问题。房间漂亮舒适。
4晚住宿，984美元，全程无客房清洁服务，即使在离开前最后一天提出要求，也无济于事。自己动手倒垃圾，找找干净的毛巾。来吧！
