Palm sized holes towels, horrible breakfast, definitely get what you pay for. The pillows were the size of throw pillows. Unfriendly staff. Just in general- unclean.

There was no one at front desk. A lady was sitting outside and saw us walk in. About 15 minutes later that lady came in and asked us what we needed. We told her we needed to check in. She gave us a key, never said hi or when breakfast was. Terrible service

Bedding was nice but bathroom pretty gross. We didn't use it, but my wife noticed hair and what appeared to be broken glass in the shower. There was something on the top of the toilet bowl that appeared to be dried blood. Room smelled of cigarettes, despite the fact that there were signs everything stating this was a non-smoking hotel and that anyone caught smoking would be fined $250 and evicted.

The city of Litchfield was/is under a boil advisory which was NOT disclosed to us upon check in. Fortunately our family gave us a heads up. Screen shots of the order provided below

We were NOT informed about the boil water order. If friends staying at other hotels in Litchfield had not mentioned it, we would never have known. When we asked the person at the desk, his attitude was less than helpful. He offered to give us a CUP of water that had been boiled, but NO bottled water was offered. He seemed rather reluctant to give us any but did give us each a bottle.

Overall I am happy with our stay. Most of the staff was great I did feel like some were distracted and could have been more accommodating. Hopefully it was just an off week. My only real disappointment about the facility was the hot tub being cold but I understand sometimes things break and you’ve got to wait for parts to arrive so I don’t fault them for that and hope they get it up and running soon.
