We didn’t assign your room on the end of the building on purpose… it is just where the room type you reserved is located. The pool and hot tub being out of order are posted on the website. If you are ever unsatisfied with your room or location please never hesitate to notify the front desk so that we can have a chance to make it right while you are still on property. We had a long-term guest in the room that had to extend their stay due to a house fire. We were still able to keep you in a handicapped room, just on an upper floor. I was never made aware of a request for a walk-in shower. You did reserve your room though a 3rd party, so maybe they promised you a room feature that wasn't accurate. Sincerely,Brooke
