Staff was nice, but rundown room, broken bathtub and no hot water, no luggage cart, just made it a bit great stay.

The person who checked us in didn’t know what she was doing. Apparently she had never checked someone in who had booked through *******. We showed her a copy of our receipt. And instead of just admitting she wasn’t sure about the situation, she demanded we pay again before getting our room. We had to request she call her manager while we contacted ******* to sort out the situation. ******* was wonderful while we waited for the manager to fix the situation. We never got any kind of apology from the desk clerk. Very disappointing situation.

I did not even stay here. And when leaving because of safety concerns at the property upon arrival, the manager checked me in by mistake, and now I could not get a refund because their upper manager will not approve it
