Front desk staff was very welcoming and friendly. The outdoor patio was accessible and very nice. Rooms were immaculate with ample room, nice linens, and pillows. Highly recommend!

Hotel has lots of problems, but never anybody who has authority to fix them. Couldn't honor my reservation. Gave me a downgraded room at same price where we didn't really fit. Next morning, asked to switched rooms. Not to the room I actually booked. That still wasn't available. Just needed a room where we could sleep. Manager never offered any type of solutions. Just waiting for me to propose ideas. New room had a leaky A/C and a soaking wet carpet. But they acted like they had done me a favor. Plus this is supposed to be newly renovated. Going downhill fast.

We arrived late on a road trip and were checked in by an exceptional staff member who went the extra mile to ensure we had a two-room suite for us and our daughter. The rooms were clean, the shower was wonderful, the hair / body products were great. The bed sheets / pillows / blanket could be a higher thread count (especially for a Marriott property) but we still had a great sleep. Fireplace in the suite was a nice touch along with a full kitchen. It felt very safe and we felt comfortable leaving our camping gear in our car while we slept. I would stay here again.

Hotel is unclean, EXTREMELY NOISY AT ALL HOURS, avoid at all costs if you need sleep and don’t want to be bitten by bugs in your room. Breakfast also is gross. Pool is also unclean. We had a two room suite and it has been a stay from hell. 10/10 do not recommend.
