Our room was really clean, the staff were very friendly for the most part! The hot tub was nice, a lot of children were in the hot tub and splashing. Otherwise it was nice!

Very nice stay! Only thing that was annoying, we were looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub and there were lots of kids in it, splashing, etc. the blowers were a bit aggressive.

The room had wallpaper falling off the wall. Bathroom floors were sticky.
I will say that there was a sign up that they were doing some sort of updates and I would HOPE they would include updating rooms.

这家酒店给我们分配了216这个房间，本以为窗户外是美景，没想到是室内游泳池，吵杂的声音+游泳池消毒水的味道充满了房间，游泳池关闭时间23点，都已经22:56还没有关闭，这个房间在一个拐角处，隔音太差了，如果它是双层隔音就不会这么吵了，地毯很粘很老旧，我们本想更换一个房间但是当天客满一间也没了，问前台借了香喷把房间喷了一通，稍微减轻了一点消毒水味道。22:58了游泳池还是很吵闹。23:00终于散场但是依旧还是很吵闹，工作人员在清理那里，总是听到在摔东西的声音，23:30彻底安静。早上7点游泳池有开始吵闹，一夜都没睡好，因为窗户靠游泳池，看不见外面，整个房间都是黑黑的，要不是看了时间不然还以为是晚上。
我们原本打算在酒店餐厅用餐，但*******和他们的主网站上都没有宣传餐厅因装修而关闭。所以我们没有享用预期的晚餐和早餐，而是不得不另寻他处享用晚餐，而且早餐的谷物选择很少，其他选择也很少。我们入住的第一个房间因为锁的问题打不开门，我们换到的房间门也出现了类似的问题。这让整个房间显得有些破败。床单粗糙难看。这可能是我十年来住过的最差的一次。我不会推荐这家酒店。
非常喜欢我们的住宿！我们的房间就在泳池边。唯一的小抱怨是我们的推拉门开合起来太费劲了，得用肩膀顶着。除此之外，这里真是个很棒的地方！
一定会再次入住
酒店很棒，干净整洁，员工友好。希望酒吧能开得晚一点。如果下次再来这里，一定会再次入住！
