We found a toy car in the room, the fridge had ice water leaking and an ear wig by the curtains. The food was awesome though

My nieces room had to be changed because it was not clean but it was taken care of promptly. The carpet on the 3rd floor hallway is a serious trip hazard with loose rolls and wrinkles. My mom has a cane and had trouble

I didn’t like that my room only had one bed that had sheets and stuff on it. So I went to the desk and asked for sheets and made the bed myself. Just to go into the bathroom and realize there was dry pee all over the entire seat.

Even when I had "Do not Disturb" on the door they came in anyways. Never changed bedding or made the bed. They only took the trash and towels.
Housekeeping stole my person cool bedding blanket that I travel with for anxiety. Management was not helpful at all in locating it.

Wonderful clean stay, the only downside is the bed my husband and I had was to firm. Otherwise out stay was a perfect one.

Had used wash cloths hanging in the shower when we arrived. Also had stains in the bed. Wouldn’t stay here again.
