From the moment we arrived we had a great experience. Friendly staff, great breakfast and spacious room. I would definitely recommend.

Main air conditioner was broken. We were not made aware. The window units were being used, smelled up the room like mildew, did not cool the room at all. It was a very uncomfortable night. The pancake and juice machines were broken for breakfast.

Only had first floor rooms available at check in. Guests next door played LOUD music had to call front desk. Then had guest right above us on second floor.

Had no hot water entire trip. Was told hotel would discount the stay, but that doesn't appear to have happened.

The breakfast was always fresh and tasty. My boys loved the biscuits and gravy and pancakes. Pool was clean and quiet. All staff we encountered was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again when in the area visiting family.
