I had a pretty bad reaction to the pool. I believe the pool may be contaminated or imbalanced. I had to go to the doctor due to this.
Please check your pool levels for chlorine and bacteria issues at the address of:
410 New Goff Mountain Rd, Cross Lanes, WV 25313
Otherwise, the hotel had a great breakfast and the room was clean. That doesn't make up for the fact that I am still suffering from a pool reaction and had to go to the doctor.

Very nice property, clean well maintained. It is a bit remote and it was a little difficult to locate. If possible, since it sets well off the main road, a sign at the property driveway entrance would be a significant help for all new guest to more easily find the property.

Linzy at the front desk was courteous and friendly. The room was clean just a few observations: mattress very saggy on the edges, vessel sink adds too much height - very difficult to wash up, brush teeth for those of us who are vertically challenged and lastly tub drained very slowly. Overall would stay here again.

The staff at this hotel were all very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, had plentiful amenities, was affordable and a solid continental breakfast. Didn't hurt that the surrounding area had plenty of restaurants and was located in a convenient area if you're into exploring West Virginia. Highly recommended.

Excellent!!
Check-in was very fast and pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable. I’m an early riser, so I was happy that breakfast was served at 6:00 AM, and it was very plentiful - lots of variety. When I checked out, I was offered complimentary bottled water for the road. Perfect! If I’m ever in the area again, I will definitely stay here.
