Sergio, our lovely bartender/cook/manager was absolutely amazing. He took such good care of us. Very friendly yet professional. Easy going personality that made him a pleasure to converse with. And the lovely Ms Kim at the front desk instantly made me feel welcome, like I was the one person she'd been waiting for. Such a lovely & lively woman.

One of the best experiences that I have ever had at a hotel. The girl that checked us in and out was awesome. Very friendly and very helpful. Also, the girl that took our order for breakfast was really sweet and nice. She took good care of us - it's been a while since I've seen good service like that. If we ever make a trip back to Alexandria, we will for sure be staying here again.

Front desk agent was great - the room and property were rough. Overall smell of property was bad. Room was not properly cleaned at all.

Staff was very nice snd accommodating. 2m1st room was nasty and had not been cleaned. Had a weird smell mainly coming from carpet. No amenities.

The place was our stop for the night before continuing our trip. The hotel was good and the staff very responsive.
The bar has a very limited menu as far as food goes.
The location was not very pretty. There is lots of construction nearby.
