This was the worst hotel stay I've had in recent years... First.. We booked two rooms, asked that they be close... No... They were one floor apart at opposite ends of the hotel.
Our room key card did not work... Back to desk, new key... Did not work... They discover door had been broken... New room.. Filthy, smelt bad.. Had to ask for it to be deodorized... Had to put sheets on couch in order to sit on it because it was so dirty.
Breakfast bland and tasteless cold.
Never will we stay here again

Staff were very friendly & efficient on check-in & check out. Tje bed was very comfortable. Breakfast had decent offerings. Building can definitely use an overall upgrade & cleaning. The couch in the room looked like it needs to be replaced.

The room itself was good, it was my kids being woken up one morning around 6:50am, then the next around 7:30am to them loudly repairing and moving stuff around in the room above us...

这家酒店非常棒，房间宽敞，床很舒服，浴室也类似。酒店正在进行翻新，装修虽然有点陈旧，但值得庆幸。不过我们几乎听不到顶楼施工的噪音。包含的早餐是另一个亮点，选择丰富多样。
