Had to wait a few hours to check in because the room wasn’t ready. But a phone call or text to let us know beforehand would have been good to have. But we love Staybridge and the size of the rooms so we’ll be coming back.

Very accommodating staff, parking is great - good for truck and small trailers. Room was fantastic, breakfast really good. Will be back!

The rooms were clean and breakfast was good, however check in was at 3pm and we got to the hotel then just to be told our rooms weren’t ready. We had to wait 30 mins for one and then got told the other still wasn’t ready. We had an event that we had to leave for at 4 and ended up being late for due to this.
As well, we had our 2 month old baby with us who needed to be fed and changed but when another group came in just after us and were told that their room wasn’t ready the staff just gave them a new room while we had to continue to wait. So I wasn’t very happy about that either

Nice rooms, good value for money. Nice pool but no hot tub.
Bathroom is right beside the bed so it's hard to use if you and your spouse/sibling/roommate get up at different times.

Staff was wonderful at check in. Glad to see evening social back! Breakfast is always nice. Close to West Edmonton Mall which was fun (but thats a whole nother review). Parking is great in the back, front was crowded. Walkable food choices were nice. Can't speak for safety, as I do not know, but seemed fine. No evidence of any wrongdoing. Would stay again.
