We didn't want to leave and ended up extending our stay. Staff were warm and welcoming from valet and the front desk to the bartenders, servers and attendants at the towels booth. We loved it!

Hotel had issue with roof leaks throughout. There was a bad leak over our bed in the room.

It was a great hotel with great customer service. They upgraded me, as my room was not ready when I arrived. I was there for my birthday and the hotel left a bottle of champagne and cake in my room, which was nice. Close to everything, I would go back there again.

五星级度假村，氛围热闹。优点：装潢、设施齐全。缺点：附近腐烂海藻散发出的海味、沙滩边泳池躺椅成排摆放且没有遮阳、附近飞机跑道噪音。房间之间的门隔音效果差，导致隔壁房间噪音较大。
大酒店 人太多了 照顾不到每一个客人
由于人手不足，办理入住手续耗时极长，不过Ricardo和Ruth倒是挺友好的。不幸的是，我们最初被安排的两间房都有很重的异味，而且能看到霉斑。在大堂等了几个小时后，我们终于拿到了一间勉强能住的房间。
酒店给了我们200美元的代金券，但这在这种度假村里根本不够用。一切都还算顺利，直到退房——尽管酒店允许我们延迟退房，但我们回到房间时却发现房间被锁了，行李也被拿走了，酒店还告诉我们这是“自动”留言。后来才知道原来是门锁电池没电了，我们等了30分钟才等到维修人员。
沟通很差，而且就在退房前，酒店突然又给了我们100美元的代金券——这跟之前说的完全不一样。
作为一家“五星级”度假村，它的清洁度、维护和员工协调都差强人意。不推荐圣胡安费尔蒙酒店。
员工很棒。地理位置便利，靠近机场。就在海滩边，泳池很漂亮。很棒的酒吧，周末有现场音乐表演。租车的话停车很方便。
去庆祝我的生日，也是为了和闺蜜们一起旅行，一切都很棒！！我绝对推荐，还会再来的。谢谢你们留下的美好回忆。
