The first room the TV did not work so we had to switch rooms. No maintenance person available to fix the TV. The first room was a handicapped room which is what we requested, the second was not. But we managed.

Very nice quiet location front desk staff very nice. The only issue we had was breakfast. The lady was on her cell phone the entire time and was very loud.

Staff extremely personable and friendly. Rooms are very clean. Beds, pillows and linens seem like top of the line. The breakfast was top notched. For a free continental breakfast , was way more than expected. Way to go team!!

Our room had a few issues. The air conditioning unit was very noisy and we had to turn it off to sleep. The TV picture was not good (washed out) and the remote was glitchy. The bathroom tile, door frame and baseboard was cracked and coming apart, and the shower head needs replacing.
