Stayed here until we were able to check into our beach reservation. Everything was good except the elevator, it was a little sketchy! All in all the stay was good!

Overall it was a good trip. There was a minor problem but the staff was really good in helping me resolve it.

There were no sheets on the pull out mattress and there was only an extra pillow in the closet. Nothing else to make the bed up. There was still hair in the shower also. The carpet needs to be cleaned.
The breakfast could’ve been better. The pancakes tasted like plastic and were not edible.

Easy to get to from the main road, but not a lot of parking, not walkable to other things, breakfast was almost nonexistent, quite noisy all night, room had sheer curtains only on the florida ceiling windows not only allowing all the light from the floodlights on the front of the hotel to come in, but did not feel very private from the outside. Front desk staff seemed like they're be anywhere else and provided very minimal interactions upon check in and check out.

The room was filthy and the staff was unconcerned, after contacting the head quarters i did get moved to a different room that was not as filthy, i will never stay at another holiday inn express!
