Not only a more affordable option in the area but the rooms are clean and modern, the facilities are clean, parking has never been an issue, I never feel unsafe, and it is conveniently located.

Clean room, great bed, actually a good breakfast and decent coffee. Excellent wf-fi and a good price. The location is perfect for either Prescott City or Whiskey Row (old Prescott).

Room and bathroom were clean and looked newly refurbished, were spacious and nicely appointed.
Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Took hours to resolve air conditioner issue. Weather 64 degrees, and therefore we turned off the air condition unit via thermostat.
Problem: the blower would not shut off. For elderly, blowing cold air continuously is NOT healthy alternative especially when the bed is immediately adjacent to it. We called the front office and the young man did the same thing we did but to no avail. Then he tried to tell us the water in the air unit had to dissipate before it shut down. I NEVER heard that before. But said ok
Hour later it kept blowing cold air. Weather 61 degree by then. We called the manager but could not resolve. Then my wife asked to speak to the manager’s supervisor. Another hour past and they decided to shut down the breaker and that worked
I am recovering from open heart surgery and it was important to not have cold air blowing in the room all day. If it was summer, it may be different.

It was pretty good except for the out-of-order elevator. Three nights. Senior citizen in less-than-good health. Staff was helpful but I didn't want to ask for help every time going to 2nd story. The room with 2 queen beds was clean but cramped. Bed was ok. Free breakfast was excellent. We'll get a suite & call ahead for latest elevator service next time.
