新年前夜从加州开车过来。房间没有暖气，电视坏了，折叠床的床单脏得要命。前台告诉我们没有空房间可以换。第二天早上，前台帮我们换了房间，结果发现新房间更糟糕！经理对我们非常不满，而且非常粗鲁。然后他把我们换回了原来的房间。（这次入住体验糟透了）我们一直住在这家Staybridge酒店，非常满意。这次体验糟透了，不知道这家酒店到底怎么了。
酒店非常漂亮干净，房间也很宽敞，员工非常友好。强烈推荐。
