We had a wonderful stay! The room was spacious and very clean, and the staff was warm and friendly. It’s the perfect spot to rest when traveling between Phoenix and San Diego—comfortable, convenient, and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Been staying at this hotel for the past 6 years for dove opener. It's always clean, great customer service and great hotel for kids and pets. We look forward to staying here every year.

Had an early check in thanks to Ricardo!! His personality is awesome and he was so friendly, definitely will be back. The room was perfect and that ac had the room so cold we stayed in most of the day. We didn’t get to use the pool because we were tired but we will next time. This hotel is away from traffic and it was very quiet.

This is by far the nicest staff at a hotel. Genuinely good caring people that work very hard. They really try to do everything to ensure your family enjoys their stay here. It was very clean and the front desk was superior.

The front desk staff was absolutely amazing. We came to be with family after my mother-in-law passed and needed to add an additional room last minute. They were quick to accommodate and to get us close together. We even got a discount on our second room. I wished I had thought to get the staff member's name who I talk to you on the phone about the arrangements and who checked us in. He was absolutely wonderful.

Pros:
Near the interstate (but this is also a con if you are light sleeper)
Easy to get into town for more dining options
Decent pool
Room was cleaning, had coffee, fridge and microwave
Cons:
Hard to sleep at night you can hear the interstate all night
July 4th the fire alarm went off for several minutes in the morning and then shut off - received no communication whatsoever from staff (there was no fire)
Pool towels are basically kids sized (bring your own)
Alan who worked the morning shift 7/5 was creepy and made my husband uncomfortable. My husband wakes up at 3-4am as he's in construction. He went to lobby to drink his coffee and watch the news on his phone. He says Alan was constantly pacing around theh room staring at him and twindling his thumbs. He came back tro the room and asked me to pack up to leave because of how uncomfortable he felt. As I was checking out by myself I asked for his name and asked why he did that because my husband was a guest. And he said "that's just what I do when I'm here" no apology or anything.
The price was right but we won't be back to this hotel.

The hotel was clean, well maintained, and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was particularly nice, and the staff tending it wete especially helpful. I usually do not interact with the breakfast staff, but on our stay, I talked to Elizabeth who I learned was supervising the breakfast area. She was courteous, helpful, and a terrific worker.

We just stayed here for night since we were heading up to San Diego. It was nice and comfortable after a long day of driving. We also brought our fur baby and overall was a great experience. Go eat at Boston Pizza. It was AMAZING!!
