我们在办理入住时遇到了问题,被告知我们没有预订。然后说我们的卡在前几天多次付款时失败。这不是真的,因为卡没有任何问题。最后我们办理了入住手续,说他们发现了发生了什么事,那不是我们的卡。拿到房间钥匙就去参加音乐节了,回到酒店后,我儿子打开房间,发现一个男人半睡半醒地躺在床上。然后我们被安排到另一间舒适的房间,但是浴缸的瓷砖掉了,看起来像是后面有黑色的霉菌。星期六我们起床时要求不要客房服务,除了毛巾,这样我们就可以在90°以上的高温下参加音乐节后淋浴。音乐节回来后我们没有毛巾,我们被告知他们没有毛巾,要到早上8点才能拿毛巾。早上8点下楼取毛巾仍然没有毛巾,被告知需要一个小时。我决定直接打电话给假日酒店,寻求酒店问题的解决,酒店给了我一个索赔编号,客服代表却不顾我的意愿打电话给酒店(我让她等我们洗完澡退房再说)。回到大堂后,我被酒店老板/经理(不管他是什么职位)大声呵斥,因为他很生气我们举报了酒店糟糕的服务。他告诉我们不能洗澡,必须立即离开,否则他就报警。他说他会退还我们的住宿费,离开时我要求提供退款收据,但他拒绝了,并说他不会退任何费用。他说他们没有做错任何事。
前台小哥很友好,尽力帮我们解决问题。然而,我们第一个房间闻起来有股体臭、霉味和霉斑。后来我们换了另一个房间,发现所有插座都坏了。我们甚至还找了个能控制插座的开关。另外,网站上说泳池开放,可惜泳池却关闭了。
酒店大楼维护不善,机场接送班车价格昂贵。泳池很脏,停车场年久失修。显然人手不足。这是一家经济型酒店,但总而言之,它满足了我们的需求:干净的床、能用的淋浴间,以及一个可以停放我们租车的停车位。此外,酒店地理位置优越,往返市区非常方便(我建议走小路,而不是高速公路)。另外,街对面还有一家华夫饼店。服务很棒,食物的质量也很好,价格也合理。
房间卫生很差。地板都没吸尘。泳池浑浊冰冷。早餐也很差。工作人员对着正在用餐的人吼叫,让他们必须在9:30准时离开。这几乎是提前一个小时就对每个人都吼了。此外,鸡蛋里还有头发。第二天,鸡蛋被装在一个红色的桶里。不,我根本没吃。前台人员不接电话,所以机场接送车没来。我们最后租了个房间。这是我遇到过的服务和条件最差的。这让我再也不想住任何假日酒店了。

如果我能防止住在机场附近的洲际智选假日酒店 (IHG) 的客人感染臭虫,我一定会这么做。这就是我住这家酒店的经历。第二天早上我注意到臭虫叮咬后,我试图描述它的严重程度,但酒店经理拒绝与我联系,我多次尝试联系他讨论情况。我们只通过电子邮件沟通,我告诉他我被臭虫严重叮咬后发现的臭虫,他试图说是我和我的两个儿子把房间弄得乱七八糟。我说的是房间,没错,我们住在那里,然后被换到了另一个房间。我整晚都提心吊胆,但由于不熟悉周围环境,又要起床参加比赛,我别无选择,只能换到另一个房间。我离开酒店后,给经理发了邮件,告知我入住的情况。经理随后又发邮件说,他们正在考虑加收清洁费,因为他们说我们住的两个房间都是第一天晚上发现臭虫的房间,后来我们被换到了那个房间。经理根本不想赔偿我,所以他试图说我们把两个房间都弄乱了。为了我的麻烦,我费了好大劲才拿到赔偿。我从来没有经历过这样的事。所以,如果我能再一次拯救大家,尤其是那些家庭,让他们不要住在这里,那就太好了。
酒店本身充其量只能说还行。就这个价格来说,我本来以为会更好一些。酒店旁边除了一家酒吧和一家华夫饼店,其他餐饮选择非常有限。我的房间还可以,但另一位客人跟工作人员抱怨房间里沾满了血迹。我入住时带了两只狗,就告诉了前台服务员。我告诉他之后,问了一下宠物费大约是25美元,服务员说是35美元,但我愿意付25美元。我觉得这很奇怪,因为网上写着25美元,而服务员却说得有点可疑。不过,另一位服务员确实帮忙找了些纸来打印一些东西,所以这点还算不错。停车场光线充足,但没有摄像头。停车场当时正在施工,所以路面很颠簸。退房时,我又被乱扣了50美元,我等着看结果如何,但这绝对不应该发生。总的来说,我给这家酒店打3分(满分5分)。同样,就价格而言,这是一家不错的酒店,可以睡8个小时就走。我本来不想在这里住上好几天,但对于旅行者来说,这家酒店没有虫子,空调凉爽,床也很舒服。
酒店非常干净安静。早餐不错。性价比很高。酒店紧邻州际公路,所以风景不太好,房间旁边的停车位也有点狭窄,不过周围环境很干净,而且去机场很方便,这对我们很重要
