The entire room smelled like paint, toilet wasn’t working initially, and no sponge to wash dishes . Felt very unhealthy sleeping the night but couldn’t get another place so late after arrival.

My stay was very bad. The hotel was very dirty from the outside and very stinky inside. The hotel was being renovated and no one told me. I have been to the one in Chula Vista and it was nothing compare to the one I stayed at by Disneyland. It was a very bad experience.

The room was in good condition however because you guys are renovating we had cockroaches on the curtains and the bathroom sink area. We’ve already talked to customer service about it. They credited us back $25 or $50 for the car parking other than that it was a good room

Never to book this hotel again, uncomfortable bed, pillows are terrible, overall need an upgrade.towels and bathroom are dirty. Particularly the bath tub. Staff are nice but the hotel itself and stay are terrible.

虽然都给了四颗星,但设施给了5颗,理由是,他们家可以做饭,也是我们连着住的最久的,孩子在附近学校夏令营,没有提前定,找了一圈,这个最合适了,但美丽国的电磁炉温度不高,但早上做个早点可以,楼下有个服务员,印尼的吧,瘦瘦的态度不是很好,到底收早餐特别快,我们提了点建议,早餐一般吧,咖啡随便喝,可以用洗衣机洗衣服,适合长住
酒店不错,房间是迷你套房,很宽敞。前台大部分员工都非常友好、礼貌且乐于助人。但有时我感觉自己的诉求完全被忽视了,于是就不再说话,直接离开了。早餐服务人员很棒。但是,即使反复要求,客房清洁服务也几乎不可能得到。就连换条干净的毛巾都非常困难,令人沮丧。此外,我们入住时房间本可以更干净一些。冰箱和橱柜上污渍斑斑,并不干净。
酒店名称中包含“Maingate”(主门),让人误以为酒店靠近迪士尼乐园的主门。但当我们得知实际上需要步行两英里才能到达时,却感到非常失望。幸好,ART(澳大利亚酒店集团)在我们酒店隔壁两家酒店提供了优质的服务。
