Construction going on so part of the hallway and elevator always dirty. Hallways were dreary. The room itself was clean. And the customer service was good. Expected better for it carrying the Hilton name.

Do not book here
This hotel is RUN DOWN. It is not at all as advertised. I would never book here again. The pool was dirty, the hallway, room, bathroom all disgusting. The paper cups in our room were dirty. The shower wasn’t working properly. The bed sheets smelled so foul.

酒店不错，房间是迷你套房，很宽敞。前台大部分员工都非常友好、礼貌且乐于助人。但有时我感觉自己的诉求完全被忽视了，于是就不再说话，直接离开了。早餐服务人员很棒。但是，即使反复要求，客房清洁服务也几乎不可能得到。就连换条干净的毛巾都非常困难，令人沮丧。此外，我们入住时房间本可以更干净一些。冰箱和橱柜上污渍斑斑，并不干净。
酒店名称中包含“Maingate”（主门），让人误以为酒店靠近迪士尼乐园的主门。但当我们得知实际上需要步行两英里才能到达时，却感到非常失望。幸好，ART（澳大利亚酒店集团）在我们酒店隔壁两家酒店提供了优质的服务。
酒店外观不错，但内部需要好好打理一下，因为看起来有些破旧！
我觉得服务有点不太友好。

停车费完全没必要，因为酒店后面有免费停车场。
床上用品可以更好，要是贴上希尔顿的标签就更好了。

这家房子可以说是最干净的了，但地毯很脏，而且有股恶心的味道。毛巾和床也不够干净！！
