Room was not as advertised. Room was small no phone, safe, view. Water was not available even in the grab and go. We stayed 4 days and had to door dash water. Staff was unapologetic. Breakfast was advertised free on ******* but there was only a restaurant attached to hotel. Good there was good but expensive with 25% added gratuity.

I never write a bad review. But this hotel has issues. Our room along with many others were not ready at check in. We kept being told a supervisor had to check our room. We finally got the key about an hour later. We went up and It had a very strong raid smell and no windows. Obvious they were buying time to treat rooms. The air return above the bed was covered in dust. My husband and I walked right out. We found a hotel a few streets over and after telling that manager our horror story he let us view the room. It was perfect so my husband had me stay and check in while he got our bags out. He said when he walked out of the hotel the front desk was slammed with angry guests. We didn’t even tell them we were leaving or ask for a refund. I have a rare autoimmune disease and when I told the girl at the desk I was sick earlier at check in she rolled her eyes. Pool was cloudy as well.

They refuse to rectify selling my room and then sticking me in the Holiday Inn. They claimed they compensated me with an already free breakfast. If I wanted to stay at the Holiday Inn for a cheap buffet breakfast, I would have booked Holiday Inn. Don’t make a reservation here. They don’t hold your reservation. We arrived at 1 am to find they were full.

Paid Reservation Canceled Without Notice on New Year’s Eve We had a paid-in-full reservation for New Year’s Eve and arrived at midnight after traveling since 5:00 AM, only to be told our room had been canceled by management with no notice. They claimed they never received payment from Chase Sapphire, which we confirmed was false. The real issue was overbooking, and our reservation was simply dropped. Because the island was sold out, we spent over an hour calling hotels and ended up paying over $1,000 for one night at a Hilton, with no accommodations secured for the rest of our trip. Canceling a confirmed, prepaid reservation on a major holiday without notice is completely unacceptable. Do not trust this property to honor your booking.

尽管Ábitta酒店的氛围和装潢确实令人愉悦,但我绝不会再入住这家酒店或其任何关联酒店。办理入住时,我发现淋浴间非常脏,上面还有头发(既不是我的头发,也不是我家人的头发),这让我第一次的波多黎各之旅蒙上了阴影。2025年1月22日下午5点15分左右办理入住后,我们去了302房间换衣服,准备出门开始我们的假期/生日庆祝活动。我们决定洗个澡,却被眼前的景象恶心到了,我的妻子和孩子都感到非常不舒服。我不得不先把墙上别人的头发洗掉才能使用淋浴(见附图)。除了上述问题,之后又出现了两个问题:1. 房间里发现了两只蟑螂。2. 浴缸里的水流不畅,淋浴时会积水。看来他们根本没有打扫上一位客人的房间,就这么把脏兮兮的房间钥匙给了我。我跟前台反映过,他们答应会通知管理层,但至今为止,没有任何人联系过我。我至少给他们发了四封邮件,连个回复都没有。已经五天了。千万别住这家酒店!!!
我们非常喜欢这家酒店的地理位置!它离海滩只有几个街区,但又不在阿什福德大街上,所以更安静。酒店员工非常热情友好,而且酒店在海滩上有一个区域,提供免费的躺椅和遮阳伞(只需出示房卡并告知房间号即可——虽然登记处写的是假日快捷酒店,但他们也接待其他几家酒店的客人)。我们住在第二栋楼(不是有餐厅/接待处/游泳池的那栋)。虽然房间有阳台,但楼层较低,而且当时还在施工。不过,阳台很适合晾晒衣物。房间温度偏低,但我们可以轻松调节温控器。我们很喜欢房间里的小冰箱和很多挂钩,可以挂我们所有的东西。有几点需要注意:酒店南边的道路在涨潮时会被泻湖淹没,所以我们晚上就沿着克莱蒙梭街走;从二号塔楼通往主塔楼的入口在晚上10点到早上10点之间是锁着的,所以每次想去海滩拿毛巾都得绕到正门,有点麻烦(如果二号塔楼的入口在非营业时间需要房卡才能进入,会感觉更安全一些,因为可以直接从人行道穿过两栋楼之间的中庭区域进去)。他们似乎还在布置二号塔楼的入口区域,所以有些情况可能会有所改变。酒店每天提供25美元的餐厅消费额度,我们用它买了一晚的饮料,其余时间都用来买瓶装水。我们玩得很开心!
虽然第一印象很好,但当你坐上那有时还能用的电梯后,一切都开始走下坡路了。房间脏得一塌糊涂,走廊里弥漫着霉味,而且感觉潮湿。进了第一个房间,我们就发现根本没打扫过,地板上全是污垢,连床边的闹钟都积满了灰尘。之后我们被换到了另一个房间,虽然地板拖过了,但问题依然很明显。空调机组安装在墙上,墙上有很大的裂缝和通往室外的开口。窗帘上到处都是霉菌,墙壁、镜子和灯开关上也到处都是污垢。我们好几次都发现了虫子,幸好我带了消毒喷雾。浴室里到处都是锈迹,冰箱也锈迹斑斑。室外“泳池”小得可怜,而且破旧不堪,座位也一样。不过,我得说,工作人员和我们遇到的每个人都很友善,而且虽然隔壁的餐厅味道不错,但做好排队的准备吧,那里的“岛屿时间”可不是一般的“岛屿时间”,我们说的是,即使几乎没有其他顾客,点杯咖啡也要等上半个小时。
酒店不错,就是房间有点小。我们住的是双人房。房间很干净,员工服务也非常好。以前是康福特茵酒店,现在叫阿比塔精品酒店。他们正在把隔壁楼和这家酒店合并,那栋楼有阳台。酒店位置绝佳,去哪儿都很方便。我们吃了早餐,很美味。下次还会入住。
