Check-in took about 45 min. Computer failure which happened during the morning was still not resolved the following morning when we left. Despite computer failure in the morning only one person was handling manual check-in’s when we arrived around 9pm after a long drive.

The room was clean and the coffee was good. The eggs were very watery and as I was preparing my breakfast, one of the staff kept shutting the doors to the dining room room every time I tried to go in there and it was before 9 AM.

Overall, exceptional hotel. Room was large, clean, and quiet. Staff was very nice and helpful. Only complaint is that they need more luggage trolleys for guests.

Stayed for three nights (October 2025).
PROS: Comfortable king size bed with good size bedroom and bathroom. Microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker (but no tea), desk, iron and ironing board. Relatively quiet and very clean and modern.
CONS: Bathroom light had a sensor that is supposed to turn light off if no motion for a time, but instead it turned light on! I had to sleep with bathroom door closed so light would not keep me awake. Television did not work and gave a message to plug in cable. I did not try breakfast (got my own at store), but the one morning I tried to grab tea the “hot water” dispenser had lukewarm water and I had to heat it up in my room microwave to make tea. Several construction workers were staying there and were either drinking beer or smoking pot in the parking lot (thankfully they were not load). They charge extra for parking which is completely unnecessary given the location. Traffic makes it difficult to exit parking lot.

We walked in and dirty towels were still on the bathroom floor, they were discolored and smelled like they had mildew growing on them. We had to keep the room window open for 6 hours just to air out the smell, the staff seemed rather unconcerned when we told them about this. We asked for new towels, and they gave us damp ones from the dryer. I tried to PAY for wifi, and none of the staff knew how to find the page that would allow me to give them money. VERY disappointed.

价格合适，酒店位置很好，房间也很大，床很舒服，出行方便，早餐是自助式美式早餐，对面有开市客可以购物和加油。
这地方太糟糕了，客户服务也烂透了。
我也不明白怎么回事，预订的居然是第二天入住，而不是我需要的那个晚上，他们还不给我退款。即使我预订的当天有空房，他们也不让我住。等我第二天终于去了（反正都要收费了），他们却把我的房间换成了一个对我们来说很不合适的，所以我们直接走了，以后再也不会去那鬼地方了。更过分的是，停车要收7美元，还有20美元的杂费。这杂费估计也是不退的吧。
