So disappointed with this Hampton Inn.
They no longer have cookies upon arrival. They no longer have real dishes, just paper plates. Food is mediocre. Could use more toppings for the oatmeal. Hard boiled eggs are really cold. Staff was not hospitable. Extra expense for parking which is ridiculous because it’s ample. Didn’t realize the low cost was on par with Motel6 standards. Best to go to Homes2Suite across the street

I was followed in by a homeless man who helped himself to some coffee during breakfast. The receptionist escorted him out. She assumed i was with him and questioned my booking in front of the guests. How embarrassing.

价格合适，酒店位置很好，房间也很大，床很舒服，出行方便，早餐是自助式美式早餐，对面有开市客可以购物和加油。
这地方太糟糕了，客户服务也烂透了。
我也不明白怎么回事，预订的居然是第二天入住，而不是我需要的那个晚上，他们还不给我退款。即使我预订的当天有空房，他们也不让我住。等我第二天终于去了（反正都要收费了），他们却把我的房间换成了一个对我们来说很不合适的，所以我们直接走了，以后再也不会去那鬼地方了。更过分的是，停车要收7美元，还有20美元的杂费。这杂费估计也是不退的吧。
房间很大很暖 前台服务很好
住宿体验很棒，员工非常友善。
