The hotel was clean, but we had an issue with our heater. It wasn’t working, and after we called the front desk, they sent an engineer who said he wasn’t sure what the problem was. I had to call the front desk again, and the lady who helped us was very kind and moved us to another room.
However, the room should have been checked beforehand to ensure everything was working properly before placing guests there. Aside from this issue, everything else was good. Breakfast was okay this time, but the pancakes were not good at all.

Hotel has really gone downhill. Pool was filthy, hot tub was gone. Room cleaning only happened once in 5 days even with request, paint in bathtub (?) peeling, towel holders on wall falling off, LOUD room heating, charging for parking there now (new thing this year I guess?) - - Used to stay there all the time but probably wont again.

We didn't need air conditioning as it is November. The room was comfortable without any heating or air conditioning. We did need an extra blanket and something brought it to her room which is very nice. I love that I have four children and they are 21, 20, and I have twin 16 year olds. It's hard to find a hotel that will accommodate all of us. My oldest ones are boys and one was able to be on the sofa bed and the other on the couch with the ottoman. This way they weren't in the same bed together and that worked out perfectly. We love the breakfast because it caters to absolutely every one of them and me. We also like the evening reception.

The location is excellent, there is not much traffic on the vicinity. The room is clean with separate bedroom and living room. The living room has sofa bed that you can use in case you need an additional bed.
Breakfast buffet is good. Staffs are friendly. Great hotel for family. Highly recommend this hotel. I would definitely book again on my next visit to the bay area.

早餐丰富，位置很好找，停车也方便。房间很安静，出发太浩湖的第一个酒店，很满意。除了早餐，每天吧台还提供两份饮料，贴心哦。
地点和设施都不错。 总体环境也算不错。洗漱间的各种毛巾有点旧，居住三晚房间没有打扫过一次（要求过服务员一次，答应给打扫，没有做😂）。 房间之间的隔音比较差。
