adequate apartment.
interesing place style-wise..living room is really big yet its dark and not very well accessorized. kitchenette has all the basics and coffee and tea are available. a good amount of towels were provided.
the bathroom has very poor lighting, otherwise its more than adequate. the mattress in the bedroom is actually two very thin twins and sadly the box spring is severely undersized. however the mattress in the living room fold-out bed is great
for basic needs, this place is adequate.
upon arrival, and after opening the front door, was a very foul body odor. while the bedroom windows open easily the ones in the living room are impossible to open for anyone who has no arm strength- its a struggle to get open.
the elevator goes at a snails pace. to get to #302, walk up to the 3rd floor then walk down 10 steps. this is highly unatisfactory for anyone with leg problems.
there was trouble with access, and when calling the customer service number and going through the prompts, the call was disconnected. numerous tried produced the same result. email message was responded to the next day, as promised.
good location, close enough to the old city, with no noisy tourists.
onsite management would make an immediate difference.

- Place a bit dusty. Only the visible areas seem to be cleaned on regular. Lots of dust under bed, etc.
- Blown out light bulbs
- Checkout process (there was a building fire alarm that went off right before our checkout, and we had to exit the building for about 30-40 mins while the situation was cleared). We asked for 30 mins extra for our kids to complete getting ready and pack, but they could not extend that without charging us for an extra day. So we had to drag everything to the hallway, and completed our packing in the hallway.

The basics of the stay were fine: the beds were comfy, we had heat, there was space, relatively quiet, and a kitchenette. They were very helpful on Whats App as to what to expect. It is close to the station and the tram and not a far walk from the main downtown, grocery, etc. It is also a generally quiet apartment (aside from trash day, we rarely heard others.) We were apartment 103. A few things good to know: 1) As has been stated, the stairs up are VERY narrow and steep, so use the slow lift (which was broken for part of our stay, they let us know in advance.). There were also stairs on the outside of the building, but not for all of them. 2) Bring some clips and string to hang up anything. There are no hooks or hangers for jackets or clothes. There is one dresser drawer and four nightstands for both bed rooms. So plan to live out of your suitcase and not hang stuff up. There is an iron board and iron. This is not a deal breaker, just something I wish I had known. 3) In the winter the room is dark, the lamps are very dim. So if you want to put on makeup, it requires an extra light from your phone. They do have shades on the sky lights so the bedrooms are dark (yay)!. The sofa bed downstairs was comfy, but it was not as dark. 4) Yay for an enclosed shower! Yay for great hot water and water pressure! So odd note, we are all tall relatively fit people, but if you were a larger person width wise, you are not getting into that shower, the opening was very narrow. The bathtub was not usable because of some sort of spill on the bottom of it, so it was super sharp (it looked like cement had been sprattered?). I don't think it was anti-skid, I think it was an accident. Anyway, just a thought. 5) A few wise words: Try to make it directly through NUMA, They are safe and legit. As an American I was not sure if NUMA was legit, so we used Expedia....who then used VRBO who then used NUMA and that was too many companies involved. I had to make a change to the reservation (I accidentally made it for 2 instead of 4, which they immediately said was not a problem as the apartment could hold six. Totally my fault, I get it!). However, trying to find someone so I could give them money for the extra two people was terrible. The Whats App property response said to use *******. ******* said to use VRBO, VRBO said to use *******. I finally got a hold of another person on Whats App by saying all I wanted to do was pay someone for an extra person, and then I was given a secure portal. 6) To check in, you need to scan the passports of the adults who are in the apartment before they send you the code. Just a heads up to allow time for this. Getting in was super easy and so nice that you have a code and not have to worry about a key. 7) The area is very safe. Just FYI. All in all, this was a great place and I would stay there again. You are also not guaranteed which apartment you will get, there are several in the building so you might get a different layout or le

Be aware of city tax.
I booked the property for 4 persons and was made to pay city tax for all for the whole stay. Though we had 4 people half of the stay. Not fair.
