Restaurant/Bar very limited food selection, burgers & chicken. Did not receive requested "wake-up call". Shuttle to airport doesn't start until 8 am. Had early flight (6am). Hotel beginning to show it's age!

The woman who was checking me was wonderful. She must have been in training because a man was standing behind her helping her. When she was finished checking me in, she handed me my key and the man standing behind her announced out loud MY ROOM NUMBER!!!! I told him that I am a solo female traveler, and he should not have announced to the whole hotel lobby my room number. I was very disappointed in that.

The staff were kind and friendly, allowing us to check in almost 2 hours before our check-in time. However, the tub had pink mold, and the room would not cool despite setting the AC to 65 degrees.

Staff were friendly, and the room was nice. Maid service did not touch my bed though and left it unmanaged.

Room was nice but some furniture looks dirty or stained in the room. Damage to the wallpaper. Besides that, room was comfortable for the one night stay I needed.

Everything was fine, but I do recommend that desk clerks have monetary change available as I was not able to leave tips for housecleaning nor restaurant server.

The property is close to the airport and all the point of interests you want to see. The property is under renovation. Only one restaurant to dine. Staffs are very helpful specially, Mr. Anthony who is one-of- the front desks representatives. Mr. Anthony understand our issues and offered to give us 5 days free breakfast for the inconvenience we experienced. We appreciate Mr. Anthony for understanding our issues. We thank Mr. Anthony for all his professionalism in assisting guests!

Confusing being right next to Holiday inn Express...for initial check in, hiring an Uber/taxi.
我们在这家酒店度过了愉快的时光，房间很大，景色优美（山景），家具齐全。酒店还额外提供了一张桌子供我使用。早餐很棒，服务也很棒，即使第二天服务员不在，厨师也不得不兼顾前后厨房。
预订时注明包含早餐，到了酒店后他们告诉我不包含早餐，我必须付80美元的早餐！
