Girl's Trip to Red Rocks
SO AMAZING....Red Rocks trip, great location and Natalie was super at check-in with multiple rooms 10/10!
房间位于丹佛西南郊区，距离市区半个小时车程。酒店房间干净整洁，设施完善，服务也不错。
住得很愉快，干净，工作人员友好！
411房间简直糟透了。窗户漏水。感觉街上的车子直接穿过房间。上午11点，我们要求换房间。前台的女士说不行。半小时后，前台的一位先生很爽快地给我们安排了另一间房间。这位女士显然懒得这么做。
我住在一间我在*******预订并预付了费用的房间里。酒店从我的信用卡中扣除了当晚的费用，至今仍未退款。我打电话过去时，他们告诉我正在处理，会回电给我。然而，一直没有人回电……我不得不一直打电话。上次他们直接把我转到了经理的语音信箱。距离上次出错已经过去两周多了。
除此之外，早餐很棒，我们住得也很舒服，但是……对这个问题的回应少得可怜。
我们唯一遇到的问题是，我们到达时浴缸的排水管堵住了。第一天晚上（5点多）我们打电话给前台，但没人能帮忙。第二天早上我们又打电话过去，前台派人过来了。
非常有价值
住宿非常干净且舒适。
早餐也非常美味，食材种类丰富，经过精心挑选。
