I made reservations a month in advance. They called me at 4:30 PM right before I arrived and said that there was a glitch and I had no reservation. They gave me a downgrade for a room. No kitchen, I had brought food to cook. Ruined my plans.and sent me two towns over to one of their subpar affiliates, the room had no kitchen, and the microwave didn’t even work. It was dirty. Service was terrible. It was a Springhill suites or something like that. I should have been given compensation above what I had asked for in the first place. But I got no compensation. I guess I was lucky to have any place to stay. Or that’s the way they think anyway.Not happy at all. I’ll be staying with Hilton from now on.

I stayed in a 2BR room for 2 nights with my family. The bathrooms in both rooms weren't flushing. They kind of fixed 1 but not the other. We all had to share 1 toilet. The tubs weren't draining properly either. Not much breakfast options for what it's worth. Disappointing stay.

The price for the 2 bedroom suite was great, and the rooms were sizeable. Kids enjoyed the pool and the amenities. Continental breakfast was great.

There was a window air conditioner that only kept the living room cold. It was sweltering in the hallway also. The bed was very uncomfortable, and I had to call for extra sheets, blankets and pillows for the sofa bed, even though we had three people listed on our reservation
