Cockroaches in the parking couldn’t even get my luggage out of car to checkin as was under my car went to lobby advised them was concerned about room asked for GM no manager on site no body was bothered a awful area where this hotel is very dirty car park what does this say about the hotel list my money also would never recommend this place management do not care

I would like say good hotel Loction is great near burjmaan metro perfect room clean i stay 1 Night in Hotel my plan was extended stay but i would like to mention something about Reception Staf Mis SOMO she really unrespectful she desont know anything how to Greetings there guest maybe she came from HK dept I ask her to cal your FO Manager and she said she is everything in this hotel. Hotel management should take action she should learning more about hospitality very rudely talk with guest

I wanted to say that that during the time entering in to the hotel we were met with a very warm welcome and our stay was exceptionally pleasant and comfortable made by the god smiling staff The two main people who made sure and was constantly active in our well being was Ms Madhu and Mr James the manager who were always asking is everything ok The last week before our departure a new supervisor was appointed and it was always so funny as he was always in the hotel roaming and the first chance he got he would greet you humbly with a smile and ask if we are looking after you or is there anything you require I thought it was sweet as he was trying his best Overall the rest of the team were very vigilant and always on top of things We can say yes it is a place that makes you feel like home and the staff are very pleasant And like I mentioned Ms Madhu and of course The manager Mr James made you feel like family with the caring and attention and always smiling Regards Maqbool
