I was very happy overall with this hotel. The remote in my room was not working but I was given a new one right away. The power curtain was broken but the front desk notated this so I wouldn’t be blamed for it. The hotel was close to all. The staff was very friendly. The room was very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a very nice property, with a great staff. Room was nice. The hotel is VERY hidden off international drive, pay attention. great parking. Breakfast area was nice, most food was good, but the powered water EGGS were terrible.

Our room had baby roaches in the bathroom, however, they moved us immediately and had great customer service through the process.

Room was very clean and pleasant. The A/C worked great and the beds and pillows were quite comfortable. The concierge team were very helpful, attentive and professional.

Room had a nice size, breakfast was good (and free), ample parking, close to many amenities like restaurants, gas stations, proximity to the I-4 and attentive staff.
