A few years ago when we stayed it was great. Fast forward 4 years and it is terrible. First room we were put in was already occupied the next room had water on the floor that came from the leaky ceiling the room was not clean. Just overall disappointing!

Awful!
Awful! Had reservation yet still took what seemed like forever to check in, with them trying to decide what room to give me. I had a reservation and picked a room already. Couldnt understand the delay.
Finally get to my room and remote doesnt work. Isnt even programmed to the tv in room. Went to front desk and they gave me another remote and told ME to program it to tv. Needless to say that remote didnt work either. No shower curtain in bathroom. Dead roach on floor. Toilet did not work! I mean seriously, the room they put me in was not ready for patrons but they put me in there anyway! This hotel has gotten progressively worst.

The worst facilities we have ever encountered. We requested a change from the first room which was dirty, holes in the walls, worst we ever encountered. The room offered was the second worst, slept and got out as quick as possible next morning.

The tub was barley clean and the rooms are run down got breakfast hours are wrong for down there at 8 all breakfast gone beds are okey lots of restaurants near

I found the door of my original room near front of office already open and this was at night when I checked in. Most of the lights did not work. Was assigned another room, but difficulty parking in the back of the building due to renovation. Poor lighting at back parking lot. Noisy, messy. Felt unsafe

The room was dirty smelled like mildew and musk. Everything was dusty spider webs on coffee maker. The tub knob was broken and only the shower turned on and water went all over. Refrigerator didn't work. Sheets stained.

New management it's ridiculous
Housekeeping don't come at all .
Have to ask for things .had to wash my own linen and ask front desk for tissue..took my towels never brought them back literally.Thank God had my own..No ice machine or laundry machine, soda machine kept taking my money.
我订的是无烟房，结果却住进了一间烟味超重的房间。简直臭死了。他们甚至用塑料袋把烟雾探测器都给套起来了。房间又脏又乱。大家千万别来这家，除非你对住宿环境一点都不介意。
酒店不太好，但价格还算公道
房间很脏而且没有打扫。浴缸、椅子、烘干机、地板、书桌和桌子大部分都很脏。水槽漏水，入住期间冰箱坏了，直到退房那天冰箱才修好。我很惊讶，因为它需要大量维修，而且在大师赛期间一间卧室每天的费用约为 500 美元。
