Broken desk lamp was never replaced. Stained blanket. General cleanliness of the hotel was sub standard. Disappointing as I have stayed in other Comfort Inns that were very good.

Stained carpet. Dirty furniture. Debris in all corners. No mention of breakfast or anything else at check in. When I asked for a bell cart, she said, “we only have one and I don’t know where it is.” No orange juice at breakfast. Elevator button broken. Hotel needs cleaning and upkeep.

Check-in was easy, staff was friendly. Beds were comfortable, great shower water pressure. However, the hotel needs an overall good cleaning because hair is everywhere and chairs and carpet need replaced because everything seems heavily stained. We stayed for two nights, in two rooms as a family of 5, for kids’ sports at nearby athletic facility. I had read reviews and was disappointed with the reality, but unable to cancel due to Expedia’s policy. I imagine this hotel was wonderful a decade ago and it’s sad to see it so dirty.

The staff was friendly and helpful. However we asked for our sheets to be changed after the 3rd night and they were not. We did not have a DND on the door that day of our stay and made the request to the front desk and a housekeeper in the hallway. they replaced towels and took trash but did not change the sheets as requested. Due a renovation to start in November, it needs it - furniture that is fabric covered is pretty gross and needs deep cleaned or removed, laminate peeling off casegoods. they do a pretty good breakfast that is included and the pool was nice but some of the pool furniture is broken, check your chair before you sit down. Suited the purpose of our trip, bed was comfortable, convenient to Canton and Cartersville.

Not a pleasant stay
Entire hotel is dirty. Room stunk, shower curtain was soured, floor was not clean. Breakfast area also dirty. Looking down from the 2nd floor into the breakfast area was very dirty. Air vents not cleaned anywhere in the building. very nasty. Definitely, not worth the money. Overall, a very poor experience.

We arrived late, but check in was very efficient. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was welcoming and all were friendly.
