我和我丈夫是跨州旅行的卡车司机。当时天色已晚，我们的ELD（电子记录设备）时间也快用完了。所以我们预订了这间房，结果它太脏了。地板没有拖过也没有扫过，房间里的咖啡机简直就是脏得离谱。浴室马桶里都是霉菌。电视也脏兮兮的。不过话说回来，那天晚上为我们办理入住的男士非常和蔼，满脸笑容。早餐真的很不错。客房服务人员真的需要提高他们的清洁水平了。他们应该接受一些培训或者什么的。我们还会再住这里吗？希望不要吧。这都取决于我们的ELD时间到哪里了。哈哈。但是还是要谢谢那位为我们办理入住的男士，请继续保持你的笑容和友善。

优点：其他酒店都订满了，还有空房。员工非常友好。房间宽敞干净，足够住一晚。

缺点：抵达时，几个人坐在停车场喝酒。员工说他们知道，他们没事，如果发生任何事情，那个区域有摄像头。进入房间不到五分钟，蟑螂就爬过我的浴室地板。浴室底部的肥皂架下面有黑色霉菌。床头柜背面满是灰尘。走廊和电梯的门和门框上有很多痕迹，磨损没有跟上

The staff was friendly and professional. Unfortunately the hallway was not clean there was garbage by the vending machines dirt marks on the floors. In the rooms the smoke detector was covered with a plastic bag and duct tape, the mirror was taken off the door, the bedding was dirty (stains all over the blankets) the floor was sticky it was not safe for my health and well being. I moved two rooms and both with the same condition. The looks of this hotel is not what was advertised on ******* very very disappointing and deceitful.
