Room was very clean, plenty of amenities. I alerted the front desk about hot water issues and it was immediately corrected. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was partially waned, not stocked with towels and rags. When I called the desk clerk to ask for appropriate supplies, she stated she had a customer in front of her and I needed to wait while she assisted that person. I waited 20 minutes on hold while another of my family members walked to the desk. The clerk couldn’t supply everything to them. Finally, I hung up and called back to ask when I could expect towels. I was out on hold again for about 19 minutes. The clerk started our telephone conversation assuring me my needs weren’t important, but that taking more money from another person was. Terrible customer service.

The room was clean. The only problem was is that the carpet in the room had something all over it or it is coming apart. Really should replace the carpets in the room to vinyl flooring.

酒店里有家餐厅，起初觉得应该不错，结果我和家人坐下点饮料时，一位名叫露易丝的年轻女士对我们非常粗鲁。我们晚上7点就坐下了！我们向她要了几样东西——我们点了两杯酒吧饮品。结果，从我们坐下开始算起，过了37分钟才上来一杯饮料，调酒师女孩还说：“我什么时候高兴了，什么时候再做另一杯。”当时餐厅里除了我们只有另外两对客人。他们都没有从酒吧点单，所以问题来了，我们为什么要等第二杯饮料？我只好要求她把账单拿来，我们好尽可能安静地离开，她却对我大吼，说这是她倒数第二天上班，如果我不满意就去投诉她老板。反正也无所谓！她反正要走了！我不得不再次要求她给账单，好让我们离开去别的地方吃饭，免得太晚了孩子们没东西吃。这都晚上8点多了，她还是不给我账单。她对我大喊，说会直接加到我的酒店账单里！我再也、再也不会回来了！！！
酒店房间也好不到哪去！我有灯罩内部的照片，上面有疑似饮料泼洒后留下的痕迹？这本该清理掉的，难道不在清洁清单里吗？还有一张照片是床头柜上的饮料环印，那是在我们家人还没来得及放下行李之前就有的！另一张照片显示床边和电话旁边的墙上似乎有“鼻涕”！刚进房间的时候，既没有卫生纸也没有肥皂，我不得不打电话催了两次才拿到肥皂！！我前后两次交谈的前台小哥叫约书亚。
我入住第一天在前台遇到的年轻女士凯特琳，我记得她是非裔美国人，人非常好，也很专业！！乔治，据说是经理，但两天过去了，我还没收到他的回复！！！我绝不推荐这家酒店！！
位置很好，靠近机场，附近也有餐厅。房间大小合适，床很舒服……非常舒服。停车位也很充足。
我确实喜欢床和枕头的舒适度，房间也很干净。我不喜欢的是，没有完整的床垫罩来覆盖整个床垫，而不仅仅是顶部。我还注意到冰箱下面的橱柜/木质部分开始腐烂了。所以应该更换或更换。
