We had a great stay. the room was clean, breakfast was adequate, and the staff was friendly. I appreciated the daily oatmeal for breakfast. The only downside was that the hot tub was not working.

The dining area for breakfast was too small, we had to sit at different tables to eat. There was a family with small kids that ran around and yelled, cried, and made a mess that the parents didn't do anything about. My husband brought it up to the desk staff that were right there witnessing it, and they did nothing about it. They should have had the family go back to their room to eat so others could enjoy their breakfast, and their kids could run around their room and make all the noise they wanted.

Clean and Welcoming

The only thing wrong with our room was the toilet seat was loose. It was barely hangin on. The room was clean. We didn’t have time for breakfast. Mattresses were firm.

We have stayed at this location about 15 times in the last year. The staff has always been excellent, until the last 4 months or so. While the staff is professional enough, the friendly, welcoming feeling is no longer there. That atmosphere was the reason we always came back to this location. While the physical aspects are still the same, it doesn't feel as welcoming. Even when this wasn't the closest or convenient location for us, we always chose to stay here due to the comfortable atmosphere. We are considering other options that are closer to where we will be doing our business.
