I knew we would be checking in very late (after midnight) and I tried to call the hotel all day to confirm that. No one answered, and the recording had me on a loop, sending me back to the operator who never answered. I was nervous that we would be marked as “no shows”, but the young man checking us in at 1:00 a.m. was very helpful and there were no problems. Thank you!

Excellent place to stay!! We arrived super late on a Saturday night and were helped quickly. The man working had just ok customer service but was sufficient at checking us in. The parking lot was huge and looked great for oversized vehicles and trailers! Our room was clean and temperature perfect. The bathroom was super clean and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel was quiet. Complimentary breakfast was fantastic!! There was an employee constantly making sure everything was full and tidy. They offered eggs(scrambled & omelette), sausage, bacon, potatoes, biscuits/gravy, oatmeal, big cinnamon rolls, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, toast, pastries, juices & coffee. The hotel is easily accessible from the highway and felt very safe. I would 100% stay here again if back in the area. The price was fair and less expensive than some lower quality hotels. Definitely recommend.

Hotel advertises they have a pool and restaurant/bar but what they don’t tell you is you have to go to another hotel on the property to get to said amenities. Hotel was decently clean however housekeeping was anxious to turn the room over. Was woken up at 8, 9, and 10 by knocks at the door, even though check out is 11. Nothing to put on the door to say Do Not Disturb.

Lovely Modern Hotel
It's a beautiful hotel with a good breakfast and good location. Our only complaint is the lobby and halls were freezing and the internet was terrible. It kept kicking us out and going back to the log in page no matter what device we tried.

Returned to the hotel on Saturday, the elevators were not working and staff did not let us know (sign posted on elevator door) and we had to walk back to the front and ask where the stairs were located ☹️

The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and nice. Made checking a breeze. The room was clean and we had no problems with the property. However we stayed here for a concert, got back late. It was our last night away for the summer. We had housekeeping knock at our door at 8:30 in the morning! I answered and the lady said “oh I’m sorry, I didn’t know you were here.” How does a property not know who is in the room or checked out?!? To make things worse, I went back into bed to be woken up again TEN minutes later by extremely loud aggressive banging on our door. Two male housekeepers asked the same thing that the woman just did. When I said that she already asked and that I didn’t appreciate the banging on my door at 8:30 in the morning for the second time, he walked away from me without saying anything even sorry to go to the next room. My day off was ruined and I was extremely dissatisfied.
