Great staff! Close to the Strutz. Comfortable sleeping space for bed and pullout sofa. Watched action at the park near by in The AM. Breakfast was even better than expected.

Arrived at 430 pm. Check in is at 4. We couldnt get our room until almost 630. Claimed they had a lot of late checkouts. Not sure what to believe. Woman at desk was very understanding about us wanting to get to our room after a long snowy travel. Maybe they had a lot of call offs today.

Check in attendant was super helpful and knowledgrable. Breakfast menu was good. We needed more towels, they arrived in less than 15 min.

Stayed for a conference and the hotel met my needs. Fitness center is expansive. Hotel room was well maintained and modern. Staff was very friendly.

The property is within walking distance to many great venues around downtown Indy. The parking garage is easy to access and the whole property is well maintained. My only complaint would be the bed and couch was extremely hard. Overall I would stay there again

就这价格来说，酒店还有些粗糙之处。洗手间布局很奇怪，马桶和淋浴在不同房间。浴室镜子有裂缝。毛巾很粗糙，而且偏小。整体感觉一般般吧。
酒店还不错，但有些地方需要翻新。
房间光线昏暗；所有区域的间接照明都不够。
我住了六天，房间只打扫过一次，而原本应该每天打扫三次。
