Closed up. No one there. No reservations being accepted for any dates. Wrote to Marriott corporate & they replied that they did not know the place was closed and are looking into it. It’s a mystery & management there needs to alert their potential customers (as well as Marriott) as to what the heck is going on. Will they ever reopen?

I visit the area 3-4 times a year and usually stay here. Clean, quiet, very accommodating staff, and convenient to many shops & restaurants. However, they have been shut down since 9/3/25 with no explanation. No reservations are being accepted for any day for the next 12 months. They won’t answer their phone. I contacted Bonvoy & they don’t know what’s going on. IDK if authorities shut them down or the place burned to the ground. Looks like I’ll have to find somewhere else to stay.

Clean and spacious room. Kind and pleasant staff with whom I interacted. Very good location with much to take in nearby and many good restaurants. Despite the large sign at the front desk that states only service animals allowed, I was annoyed by the constant barking of a dog across the hall. Also, I asked for housekeeping at the midpoint of my 5 night stay as I was out of soap, paper and plastic cups, & coffee, plus the 2 small waste cans were overfilled. I was told they would tidy up the next day, but no one did. Front desk said that she didn’t know what happened and that she was sorry. It’s a nice place, but seems to be a bit haphazardly run with little attention given to detail.

我们在去佛罗里达的路上住了一晚,客户服务非常出色。办理入住手续的那位女士非常友好。房间里干净又舒适。我们想在早餐前上路,当我装车时,我问前台的女士(塔米卡?)咖啡是否准备好了。她说还没有,但她会为我们做一些。当我们准备离开时,她喝了热咖啡,并给了我们几份包装好的早餐。她的表现超出了我们的预期。房间里干净又舒适。酒店周围没什么东西,但我们只是需要一个睡觉的地方。
非常好的位置。早餐还可以。工作人员(前台和早餐服务员)非常友善和乐于助人。没有太多的道路噪音,房间很干净。我很欣赏他们提供电动汽车充电。会再次入住。
关于这家酒店没什么好说的。这不是万豪酒店。但反而是一个冒名顶替者。不要留在这里。没有合适的房间,酒店正在崩溃,工作人员不专业。万豪费尔菲尔德连锁酒店平日过得怎么样?
