Property decor has not been updated so it looks older, but facility wise everything is fine. Breakfast is standard fare for a hotel with complimentary breakfast.

When we arrived the hotel, the front lady couldn’t find our room and later informed us the book had been cancelled. Therefore we have to find a new place to stay. It was a terrible experience!

The soap and shampoo were out in the bathroom. The ice machine did not work. This makes the 3 rd stay at Hampton Inn where the ice machine did not work on my floor. I am an Honors member and almost always stay at a Hilton hotel.

A good hotel in a very busy area. Minutes off of the highway. Room is nice but hallways and elevator are especially run down.

我预订了两张大床，并在预付款预订时确认了，但到了酒店后，他们却给了我一张特大床和一张折叠沙发，并说在*******这样的第三方网站上预订，酒店不保证能给你提供你预订的房间类型——即使有书面确认。这对我们一家人来说很不合适，因为我们有四个成年人参加大学毕业典礼，睡眠质量很差。而且因为是大学毕业典礼周末，我们还额外付了钱。这完全不能接受。

由于普渡大学即将迎来搬家，我们花了600美元订了一间很普通的房间。床又旧又吱吱作响。淋浴间里没有香皂。感觉就像被抢劫了一样。
