Convenient location, just wished the room floors were cleaner. Although I appreciate their breakfast, just wished the food was kept warmer & had a little change up in the daily menu when staying 3-4 days.

Pleasantly surprised
This is our first time staying at a Hampton Inn or Hilton hotel and we were surprised at how nice hotel was. Melissa, checked us in at the front desk and the super cheerful and helpful. Our room was nice and clean and was surprised by the walk-in shower! Breakfast had lots of options and even some healthy versions. We have family in Galena but will definitely stay here again

The dining experience was lacking. Food stuffs were low and semi-warm, not enough holding containers. The room was good for service.
Also, this hotel has since charged us a room stay on Aug 23, even though we paid ******* up front. Can your staff contact them about this?

Hotel was okay. Our room had a musty, wet smell and overall could have been cleaner. The continental breakfast was poor, overcooked items and messy. Definitely not worth the cost per night, disappointing.

Floors were not clean and had long black hairs in the shower. The floors needed to be mopped and vacuumed. Was kinda gross! Room was quiet and air conditioner worked well though and breakfast was good.

They put us in the room next to the kitchen and they were up at 4am prepping the breakfast, and woke me up

We like to stay at this Hampton Inn. We stay twice a year.
No discounts for college functions which is disappointing. Front desk staffing & Housekeeping staff are nice. No complaints except we wish their breakfast was better.

Upon check in I was greeted pleasantly and politely by front desk. Check-in was quick and easy. I was also asked my preference for floor I would like to stay on and was accommodated. Lobby was very clean and modern. Hallway was quiet and clean. Room and bathroom were also very clean and bed was comfortable. Will stay again when I return to visit!!

Room was clean and beds were comfy. My daughter loved the pool. Only complaint was the thermostat kept resetting itself to 80 degrees every couple of hours so the room would get hot. Other than that was a great stay and I would stay again
