Pink mold on the bathtub caulk. Black mold in the ice machine tray. My glass straw went down through the grate, and my nails came out with black moldy gunk. Cigarette butts and weeds around the flower beds. Dirty windows in the foyer.

At times there was no one at the check in desk. The television did not work, so the hotel put us in a different room. The glass plate in the microwave was too big and had to leave it out when using. The restraints to keep items from falling off the shelves in the door of the refrigerator were absent. None were major problems, but enough to keep the rating at 4 overall rather than 5.

Plumbing issues (toilet constantly running and shower only worked when i had to pull up & homd on the faucet lever. Some outlets didnt work. Glad I brought my own sheets too

Clean room with good A/C

Clean. A/c worked really well. Beds were pretty decent comfort. You can definitely tell it's not brand new, some cosmetic updates would be good, but it really was a nice stay over all. It was very quiet. The front desk & lobby attendant always very kind & polite. We returned to our room a little before midnight on a Saturday & the parking lot seemed well lit.

The area around the toilet and room 107 was looking very horrible needs clean deep cleaned the waffle mix was mixed so thoroughly. The waffles were hard and lack flavor.

Friendly and helpful staff! Property is showing its age. Room appeared to be clean.

Someone closed a door and it caused our whole room to shake. All in all I would consider staying here again only because the price was more reasonable!

We have been traveling for 3 weeks and this hotel by far was our worse experience. We booked an accessible room. It was on the 3rd floor and the only thing accessible about it were the handicap rails by the toilet and the bathtub. The toilet was not handicap height and bathroom sink could not be used if sitting in a wheelchair. A wheelchair could not maneuver in the room nor get over the door threshold without assistance. The bathroom floor was extremely filthy. There was newer carpet but the blackout curtains were dirty and ripped. The elevator had a sign on it that said, "For safety please limit to 2 people or 1 family." That definitely didn't make us feel safe to use it! Breakfast was not good quality. Scrambled eggs were dry, sausage was awful, very limited fruit selection. Only positive for breakfast was a waffle maker and juice. Our first morning, there was no milk for cereal. The hotel is clearly understaffed. It was difficult to find anyone if you needed anything. But the young man that ran the front was very kind and helpful, when you could find him. He was the only positive part of our stay. The outside is obviously undergoing renovations. The parking lot was well lit but location was not great. Definitely do not recommend this hotel nor will we ever stay there again.

Didn’t end up staying. Tried two rooms. They were dirty and had a musty smell. One toilet didn’t work and a light was out in another. Went down the street to another hotel
