The area felt very unsafe that the hotel was in. They no longer have shuttle service to the airport either which was why i chose this hotel.

Hotel was not in great shape. Air conditioner worked half the time, had to set it to 60° just to get it to come on sometimes. We got somekind of bug bites and the sheets and comforter were dirty. Homeless camp off to the right of the building. Over all not a good place to stay.

it is near the airport and a highway so, noise is to be expected. both apple maps and google maps give poor and wrong directions. google maps as linked from ******* actually insisted on a wrong turn and a two mile loop over and over. note that it is a bit tricky to get into the property but on the opposite side of the divided highway where google maps takes you.
on the plus side a wide selection and complimentary breakfast is available from 6:00-9:30 am which is nice and a noon check-out time is convenient . plenty of amenities and rates are reasonable. i will stay again.

Bed was hard as a rock; I didn't sleep well either night. The breakfast selection was poor; I would not stay here again.

We had to take the towels down each evening to get replacements. There was no service to the room the entire stay. We have stayed there several years for our trip to Wichita and it has been going down.

This is airport hotel that does not have an airport shuttle. I was expecting one. There was one even parked out in front of the hotel but I was told its just there so it doesn’t get stolen or vandalized from being parked out back. The TV setup was limited and hard to use. This is an airport hotel with no alarm clocks in the rooms. No phones to schedule a wake up call. Hard to sleep well wondering what time it is or if you will make your flight in the morning. no breakfast option for early travelers. Even if one is too early for something hot there is usually bagels, yogurt, cereal and such out at other, better, airport hotels. Place was just plain disappointing.

Their website listed that they offer and airport shuttle but it closed over a month ago. The only reason we booked there was because of the shuttle.

Older property, a few bugs in our room and we are a elderly couple and our room was on the 2nd floor at the very end of the hall.

Even though I checked in well after check in time, front desk staff had issues finding an available room. Hotel is run down and doesn’t feel clean. Will not stay here again.
