It’s an old hotel that needs to be up upgraded. Tripped over the threshold metal. The barn door bathroom door fell off the hinges and seriously missed my husband‘s head by inches.

Overall ok - plumbing issues
There were plumbing issues. The first room the shower wouldn’t drain, so the staff was kind enough to find us another room. The second room the toilet had to be flushed multiple times every time it was used in order to go down. Overall, friendly staff and yummy breakfast. Could have been cleaner - older building and some wear and tear.

The front desk personnel, especially the young woman present when we checked in in the afternoon on the 1st—calm and helpful despite a small line of guests—were efficient and friendly.

We have stayed at this facility many times and it is always a pleasant experience. On this trip everyone was extremely nice, except the woman that was preparing breakfast on Sunday morning. It was obvious that she didn't want to be there...either complaining to herself or complaining to other people. It's sad how one person can make an impact on the whole experience.

Shuttle Driver was curt and uncooperative. I waited for him to flit around, and we left to go to airport approximately 10 minutes late...for no reason other than control issues.

Great location and staff.
Great location and friendly staff. Only complaint was noise from the highway next door and a very early and noisy garbage truck emptying a dumpster close by.

服务：很北方的风格，热情开朗。美式早餐很可口。
