Room was clean, comfy beds (pillows too soft, though). Parking felt safe. Friendly service. Breakfast area was clean, food fresh and hot with a great variety.

Most of the parking lot was closed due to seal coating of the asphalt. No parking available when I arrived. Very poor planning by the management. I didn’t appreciate the inconvenience.

Hot night sleep, hotel certainly dated
We got in around 10p after a long, hot week, spent all day outside at the Kentucky Horse Park (90 degrees +). We looked forward to a cool room and a nice shower. Unfortunately, the air conditioner wasn't keeping up. No thermostat in the room, but felt like it was close to 80 in the room. Thought a cold shower might help while air conditioner was cooling room down, only to find no shower gel in the shower....
We gave the room an hour to cool down, but it didn't much at all. At that point, we had showered, opened suitcases, etc. We decided to just suck it up and sleep in the warmth. It wasn't worth moving rooms or bringing our concern to staff that late at night.
All staff, during check in and check out were very kind and hotel was clean. Breakfast was okay as well.

Property location ok. Hotel showing signs of age. Limited tv programs, plus streaming kept freezing or fading in and out.

Staff was so friendly. Nice after a long drive. Spacious and clean. We can always count on Hampton Inn

Great location but room needs some tlc.
Smears all over door, both mirrors were dirty.
Floorboards don’t join to the wall so gaps.
AC so loud couldn’t have it on and sleep
